CERNO Studio
Find what exists. Make only what is missing.
CERNO resolves an objective into the cheapest valid way to serve it: reuse what already exists, extract the moment, remix, combine — and generate only when nothing found can do the job. Every decision is recorded with its evidence, quality gates fail closed, and human approval is built in rather than bolted on.

What this surface does
Resolution before production
Six paths in order of cost — reuse, extract, remix, combine, enhance, generate. CERNO takes the highest one that genuinely serves the objective, and generation is the floor rather than the front door.
Content gap detection
Generation is authorised by a finding, not a default: the objective is valid and nothing in the library can prove or show the needed thing well enough.
Pre-registered thesis
Before production, CERNO records what it believes will work and why — falsifiable, timestamped, immune to hindsight edits.
Account orchestration
Content is assigned to authorized accounts through a capacity model with staged gates; the system is built for many accounts and honest about how many are connected today.
Quality gates
Policy, disclosure, factual-source, duplicate, and asset-rights checks that block, not warn.
Human approval
Nothing publishes without explicit approval; editing after approval invalidates it automatically.
Outcome measurement
Delivery, early-performance windows, and prediction-vs-actual comparison per publication.
Attention intelligence
Premise selection is validated blind, out of sample, against sealed labels before it is allowed to govern a single post — and it is not allowed to yet.
Compounding decisions
Every strategy decision, edit, and recommendation verdict is an append-only record the next batch learns from — the loop closes only when real outcomes exist.
Where this actually stands
EVALUATION — RESOLVER NOT WIRED · ONE ACCOUNT CONNECTED · NO PUBLIC PUBLISHING
CERNO is built to resolve an objective into the best valid production path and carry it through to a measured outcome — search, select, transform, generate only if needed, check, assign, publish, observe, learn. Today none of the five finding paths is built: there is no media library to search, so the only rung with machinery is generation, which under this doctrine runs last. One operator-owned account is connected with read-only scopes; publishing runs through a mock adapter and a single sandbox self-only test; attention intelligence is under out-of-sample validation and does not yet govern output. Every performance figure inside CERNO is labeled mock or evaluation until real distribution begins.
One part of one system.
CERNO surfaces share memory, evidence, confidence, decisions and outcomes. What one learns is available to the others — that shared state is the asset, not any single view.
